Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to provide mobile diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform tests, and document OEM-compliant calibrations with high accuracy and safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication with shops and internal teams, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive service and diagnostics experience.
• Strong ADAS knowledge and calibration capabilities levels 1–3.
• Experience with OEM and non-factory tools.
• Ability to travel daily with a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure calibrations align with OEM guidelines and approvals.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage difficult situations.
• Communicate with shops and internal stakeholders; escalate when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and required training.
• Care for, maintain, and secure ATE tools and equipment.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols via training and updates.
• Meet productivity and quality goals and complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Work assigned schedule including Saturdays as needed for market coverage.
• Maintain flexible availability to meet customer service commitments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
