Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel to customer sites and strict adherence to OEM standards and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years automotive experience, strong ADAS knowledge, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. Willingness to travel locally, work Saturdays on rotation, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to interpret vehicle health scans using factory and non-factory tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair on vehicles.
• Ensure all services follow OEM guidelines and are properly documented and approved before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with shops and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through required training.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines after service at site.
• Occasionally work Saturdays and maintain flexible availability.
