Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to provide mobile diagnostic, programming, and calibration services to Crash Champions locations. This role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and hands-on work across vehicle systems.

You will document calibrations per OEM guidelines, perform test drives, and deliver excellent customer service while staying current with ATE and OEM protocols. The position supports growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1-3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to read OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure all services per OEM guidelines are documented and approved prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate promptly with shops and stakeholders.
• Maintain and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines and meet productivity goals.
• Work assigned schedule including Saturday coverage as required.
