Job summary

Action Target Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Texas to travel nationwide, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and range systems for law enforcement, military, and commercial customers.

You will work directly with customers on site, diagnose complex problems, and complete tasks safely with limited supervision, often involving 150‑pound loads and high‑voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Broad technical ability across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with physically demanding fieldwork and high travel.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain passport.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain multiple system types.
• Service equipment ranging from motors, boards, sensors, and network hardware.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including high voltage and 3‑phase equipment.
• Travel across the country and work at multiple customer facilities weekly.
• Represent Action Target professionally on site with customers.
