Job summary

Employee Magnets in Texas seeks a Field Service Technician to install equipment, investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems, and eliminate future operational issues by adhering to industry and customer specifications.

Travel is up to 70% with on-site assignments; you will coordinate with Field Service, Engineering, and others, perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and document reports for the Field Service Manager and Quality Department.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical training.
• Must be able to obtain passport and major credit card (for car rental).
• TWIC or other industry certifications are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment.
• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other departments.
• Submit reports to the Field Service Manager and the Quality Department.
• Ensure installations meet industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications.
