Job summary

Action Target in Dallas, TX seeks a Field Service Technician to travel nationwide, troubleshoot and repair our range systems, and service equipment for law enforcement, military, and commercial customers.

The role is hands-on and requires strong problem solving, physical stamina, ability to lift up to 150 pounds, and a valid driver's license while maintaining professionalism on site. Extensive travel and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Broad technical ability with strong troubleshooting and independence.
• Willingness to travel frequently and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and work in narrow spaces.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reside within one hour of a major airport.
• Ability to pass background checks for federal/military access and obtain a passport.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, networking, PLC, and control systems.
• Service equipment from motors, circuit boards, and network hardware to pneumatic systems and range gear.
• Travel to customer sites and represent Action Target with professionalism.
• Work independently and complete tasks safely with limited supervision.
