Job summary

Daniels Health is hiring a Field Service Technician in Tampa, FL to support assigned hospitals with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job; you will be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact daily.

You will rotate through multiple AdventHealth facilities during the week. The role involves direct collaboration with hospital staff, handling container exchanges, and ensuring safety and compliance in clinical spaces.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Strong attention to paperwork and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
• Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—enter procedural spaces around sensitive equipment and patients.
• Lift containers (up to 50 lbs) and push/pull carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
• Maintain inventory of containers and keep areas stocked and organized.
• Use a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with the team.
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
