Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to support hospitals with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job; you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making an impact daily.

You will work with hospital staff to exchange containers, service equipment in clinical areas, and maintain accurate paperwork while traveling between sites. Competitive pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
• Attention to paperwork and procedures is essential.
• Must have personal transportation and willingness to travel between sites.
• Team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, entering procedural spaces near sensitive equipment and patients.
• Lift containers up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs throughout the day.
• Maintain inventory of containers and ensure areas are stocked and organized.
• Use a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with the team.
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
