Bridgestone HosePower is seeking mobile sales and service technicians who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and building customer relationships. In this role, you will be the trusted service expert when equipment is down and will rely on company-provided tools to deliver high-quality onsite service.

This position blends technical fieldwork with customer interaction, offering growth opportunities as you expand service opportunities and grow your territory across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for three years minimum.
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• No DUI charges or convictions.
• Willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections to ensure function and safety.
• Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate quotations on large-scale projects.
• Submit timely data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles.
