Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower LLC is seeking a Mobile Sales and Service Technician to diagnose equipment, build hose assemblies, and deliver on-site service to customers. The role blends hands-on mechanical work with customer interaction, traveling to job sites and ensuring safety and quality in every repair.

You will develop new business, maintain relationships, and provide accurate quotations while using company tools and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• No DUI in past 3 years.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Able to work in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety.
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects.
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times.
