Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to deliver hose assemblies and repair services at customer sites. Traveling to job sites, you diagnose machine issues, perform repairs, and assemble custom hoses using company tools.

The role blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction, including prospecting, checking in on customers, and identifying new service opportunities within a defined territory. Strong customer relations and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years
• No DUI charges or convictions
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times
