Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to provide on-site hose solutions and trusted service at customer locations. You will build customer relationships, identify new service opportunities, and support growth across a defined territory.

This role blends hands-on mechanical work with proactive customer interaction, requiring problem-solving, self-direction, and safety-conscious field service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years.
• No DUI charges or convictions in past years.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a field role.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety.
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects.
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times.
