Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to provide hands-on hose work and top-tier on-site service. You’ll interact with customers, solve problems, and grow service opportunities across diverse industries.

This role blends field tech tasks with face-to-face client engagement in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. You’ll use quality tools, build strong customer relationships, and pursue new business while supporting existing accounts in a dynamic Mobile, AL

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• No DUI charges or convictions.
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a field-service role.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and safe work practices.
• Ability to build customer relationships and prospect new work.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety.
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects.
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles.
