Job summary

Crownstone Equipment is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair gasoline- and diesel-powered equipment while supporting service teams across multiple branches. The role requires travel to customer sites and collaboration with shop and field staff in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on diagnostic repair and maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Ability to train and support other technicians.
• Strong safety practices and DOT awareness.
• Experience with Bobcat equipment or other heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Safely operate service vehicle between branches and job sites.
• Inspect machinery and diagnose problems using customer concerns and checks.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with safe disassembly/reassembly and parts replacement.
• Document all work in CDK with labor, parts, and repair summaries.
• Provide technical guidance and training to service teams.
• Attend training sessions to maintain and improve technical skills.
• Assist other branch functions as needed.
