Job summary

Sudden Service, INC seeks a diligent Field Service Technician to provide prompt after-sales support for Taylor equipment. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs on client sites, and train operators as needed, ensuring warranty and maintenance requirements are met.

You will plan travel with the Service Supervisor, maintain tools and parts, and ensure accurate reporting of time and expenses. Occasional overnight travel and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be DOT certifiable and 21+ years old.
• Occasional overnight stays at out-of-town locations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Service Supervisor to plan effective work and travel schedules.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair or replace worn/defective parts.
• Provide tools, parts, and arrange facilities for on-site repair work.
• Inspect, operate, and test machines on delivery and intervals to ensure proper function.
• Complete work orders and related paperwork promptly.
