Job summary

Ecolab in the Miami, FL market is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site service, maintenance, and installations for warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment across Institutional segments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of service-related experience, and a valid driver's license. You will travel to nearby locations and work 10-hour shifts, with comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation).
• Current and valid Driver's Licence with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts and other work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of work performed.
• Communicate value of Ecolab to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
