Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Field Service Technician to operate in the Cape Coral, FL market, delivering reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers.

You will support multiple segments, uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, and partner with sales and service teams to drive customer outcomes. Valid driver’s license required and overnight shift availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintaining, troubleshooting, installing equipment).
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders efficiently.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for a fully stocked vehicle and first-time fix performance.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value and strengthen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
