Job summary

Santé Group Companies is seeking a compassionate Family Peer Support Specialist to join our Mobile Response Stabilization Services team. You will work with a clinician to provide immediate crisis stabilization for youth and caregivers in the community.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, continuity of care, and collaboration with partners. The role emphasizes advocacy, wraparound planning, and transitions to ongoing supports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of lived experience caring for a child.
• CPRS certification is required.
• Three years of personal lived experience caring for a child with behavioral or mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a clinician to respond to crisis calls involving youth and caregivers.
• Promote health, self-direction, and skill development for youth and families.
• Support development of individualized goals focused on long-term stabilization.
• Provide education on resources including community services and peer support programs.
