The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or trade school background with 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/education plus 1–2 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, ladders).
• Follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Clear communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products; Corrigo experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills for percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time to complete tasks and materials needed.
• Support energy management to ensure efficient system operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily tasks.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
