CBRE seeks a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on multiple buildings’ mechanical and electrical systems. You will assist with installation and modification of equipment, review and estimate work orders, and ensure energy efficiency and safety compliance across sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience; valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Able to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook desired.

Responsabilités

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
