Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to service facilities across the Knoxville/Eastern TN area. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general systems, with travel between sites and independence on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in multiple trades, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow established safety and work procedures while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

Experience across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) and general building repairs.
Ability to review work orders, estimate time/materials, and track completion.
Strong customer service and communication skills; willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion.
Support energy management for efficient system operation.
Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
Explain issues clearly to clients and coworkers; follow defined procedures.
