Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile Maintenance Technician to provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple trades at facilities in the Knoxville and Eastern Tennessee area.

The role involves traveling between sites, performing hands-on work, and delivering reliable facility operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience or equivalent education
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift 50 lbs+)
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials to complete repairs
• Support energy management by keeping systems efficient
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Follow standard procedures and work under supervision
