Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple buildings and systems. You will support installation and modification efforts and review work orders to estimate time and materials, ensuring timely completion.

Your role includes ensuring energy efficiency, inspecting installations for code compliance, and communicating results to clients and team members. A valid driver’s license and physical capacity to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; track completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for building code and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly; respond to inquiries from clients, coworkers and supervisors.
• Follow established procedures; limited discretion in problem solving.
