Job summary

Leo is seeking a Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and related repairs at commercial properties. The role involves work across New Jersey, parts of Pennsylvania and New York within a 1-hour radius of the candidate’s residence.

Responsibilities include handling minor electrical/plumbing tasks, safety repairs, furniture assembly, and client-facing service. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work odd hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a professional Repairperson with minor electrical, plumbing and roofing experience
• Must possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall and painting work
• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical and flooring work
• Repair and replace safety hazards and general hardware
• Assemble furniture and equipment
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients
• Visit multiple job sites and report to the office after each job using Work Order Management software
