Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Self performs maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, electrical work as allowed.
• Completes service inspections and asset inspections.
• Uses handheld devices to access work orders and submit reports.
• Maintains client communications and safety compliance.
