Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Self-perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks to maintain facilities.
• Utilize handheld device to access work orders and submit reports.
• Provide customer-facing service and maintain positive client relations.
