Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile Technician to join the Engineering & Technical Services team, supporting multiple 5/3 Bank facilities throughout Northern Kentucky and the surrounding area. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities include preventative and reactive maintenance on building systems, inspections, and completing work orders. Travel between sites within a 30-70 mile radius is required; EPA Universal Certification and a valid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, residential, or facilities environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and residential HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification and a valid Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school training preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; iOS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities across multiple sites.
• Conduct building inspections and general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Review, prioritize, and complete assigned work orders while tracking progress and completion.
• Travel between facilities within a 30-70 mile radius to maintain safe and efficient building operations.
