Job summary

Fluidics, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Facilities Technician to operate, repair, and maintain building mechanical, electrical, and control systems across multiple sites within a commercial environment in the Chesterbrook area. The role involves hands-on service, coordinating with managers, and supervising outside vendors.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring safety procedures are followed while maintaining reliable operations across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience operating commercial building equipment.
• Certified trade school in relevant disciplines preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hour Safety Training preferred or provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and maintain building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with the Property/Project Manager.
• Oversee external vendors for site-specific maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain safety procedures and document work.
