Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across client properties. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and timely service, with a focus on reliability and quality in everyday operations.

Candidates need at least four years of technical maintenance experience, relevant licenses (driver’s license and EPA 608), and the ability to work non-supervisory, hourly shifts. Travel may be required for on-site emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice/trade school preferred.
• Minimum four years of technical HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver’s license; EPA Universal (608) refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interiors/exteriors.
• Conduct inspections and due diligence, report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies; travel may be required for emergencies.
• Maintain stock and inventory; support PM program improvements.
