Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems across client properties. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

This is a non-supervisory, hourly, non-exempt position requiring quick response to emergencies and occasional travel between sites. Benefits include a company truck, PPE, health/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprentice/trade schooling preferred.
• Minimum four years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification for refrigerants required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and distribution lines.
• Inspect facilities, report conditions affecting occupancy and operations, and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain stock and inventory; submit monthly operation reports to management.
