Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across medical, laboratory, and commercial facilities in Rowlett, TX. You will run daily routes, manage work orders, and ensure building systems operate efficiently.

You will be part of a three-person mobile team supporting 12 sites, including medical office buildings and healthcare facilities. A valid driver’s license, basic maintenance skills, and MS Office proficiency are required to report on operations and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with basic maintenance tasks and building systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes and use a company vehicle to reach sites.
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance including repairs and touch-ups.
• Maintain plumbing, replace sinks and toilets, and address leaks.
• Conduct light electrical tasks and install or upgrade light fixtures.
• Execute work orders and estimate time and materials.
• Inspect equipment and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
