Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician to support operations at multiple properties in Texas. You will assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds equipment, ensuring uptime and safety.

You will respond to emergencies, coordinate with site teams, and follow safety policies, while leveraging basic computing tools and building automation systems to streamline maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, and electrical/mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
