Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field is required.
• Progressively responsible experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, or related field is required.
• Experience managing facility operations, budgets, vendors, and customer relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of facility operations across assigned sites to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery.
• Develop preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance plans using CMMS; improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Manage customer relationships, meetings, performance reporting, and ensure contract requirements are met or exceeded.
• Oversee site and portfolio financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and expenses.
