Job summary
JLL in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across assigned facilities to maximize efficiency and equipment life. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, proactive repairs, and accurate record-keeping.
You will perform inspections of interiors and exteriors, manage work orders in Corrigo CMMS, and support daily operations while holding a valid driver's license and being available for call-in
Qualifications
- 4+ years of building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
- Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair work on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
- Operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related electrical/plumbing infrastructure.
- Inspect interiors/exteriors, records management, and safety compliance.
- Utilize CMMS for work orders and update status in real time.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in duties.
