Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across facilities. You will ensure energy-efficient operation, reduce downtime and handle interior/exterior inspections, reporting conditions affecting occupancy and operations.

Role requires 4+ years of building engineering experience in HVAC/plumbing/electrical maintenance, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver’s license, and physical

Qualifications

• Universal EPA 608 Certification is required.
• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and interior/exterior components.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours activities as required.
• Prepare and submit reports detailing conditions and recommended actions to management.
