Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across client sites. You will ensure safety, reliability, and energy efficiency through preventive maintenance, inspections, and prompt response to issues.

Responsibilities include operating and repairing boilers, pumps, and controls, maintaining stock, and complying with codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprentice program preferred.
• 4+ years of technical maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• EPA 608 Universal certification or equivalent preferred for refrigerants.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related components.
• Operate and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and steam/ hot water distribution systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies; may require light travel between properties.
