Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Springfield, MO to manage preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple sites, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and building systems in a fast-paced environment. You will review work orders, estimate resources, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will operate company vehicles, apply expertise to solve problems, and mentor teammates while maintaining high standards of facility operations to support client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet design specs and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Apply broad knowledge to solve complex challenges and mentor others.
