Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts in Medford, Oregon. As brand ambassadors, you will educate customers on devices and services, build relationships, and drive sales while delivering a best-in-class experience.

You will use digital tools, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to meet performance targets and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to customers with a best-in-class experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and resources.
• Makes the most of shift time, learning about wireless innovations and products.
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
