Job summary

GP Mobile, a leading T-Mobile premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team. You will educate customers, demonstrate devices and plans, and guide shoppers across channels to ensure a premier experience.

As a Mobile Expert, you’ll build product knowledge, assist with demonstrations, and help customers find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT products.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling while delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Assist customers across online, care, or in-store channels.
• Demonstrate and educate on the latest technology through hands-on demonstrations.
• Cross-sell accessories and IoT products beyond basic devices and plans.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Consistently use digital tools and onboard customers, showing coverage and T-Mobile plans.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
• Utilize shift time efficiently, seek information between customers, and stay updated on wireless innovations.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience.
• Identify and pursue small-business leads.
• Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive environment.
