Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to deliver energy, passion, and expertise in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while providing outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll undergo training on the in-store experience, products, and processes, with opportunities to grow into Mobile Expert roles and participate in incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)
• 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and education to showcase value.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships to drive sales.
