Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Expert to deliver an outstanding in-store experience, sell devices and services, and build lasting customer relationships. You will join a Retail Team of Experts, using digital tools and meeting performance targets for sales, customer experience, and quality of sale.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–2 years of Retail customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Serving and selling to customers while delivering a best-in-class experience.
Leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
Complete training on in-store experience, skills, processes, and resources.
Maximize time on shift by learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
Collaborate with T-Mobile colleagues across channels including business and customer service.
