Job summary

Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice mobile staffing. RNs will float across hospitals and regions, applying core nursing processes within licensed scope and driving quality outcomes.

Position offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem opportunities, and ongoing learning with license/certifications reimbursement. Start ASAP for night shifts in a 3x12 schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS/ACLS/PALS must be through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
