Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on light construction equipment at The Home Depot stores and nearby customer sites. You will conduct regular inspections, document unit status, and complete work orders under regional supervision.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and assisting with equipment deliveries and pickups, while ensuring safety standards and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• DOT medical certification requirements may apply.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, crawling under equipment, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment at multiple stores and job sites, document status of each unit, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain fleet and parts inventory, transfer equipment between locations, and deploy new equipment to stores with PDIs and operator training.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and respond to service calls; document work via the company platform.
