Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to maintain and repair light construction equipment at stores and customer sites within 20 miles of Seattle, WA. The MST will perform preventive maintenance, document work, and respond to service calls, reporting to the regional manager.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, equipment deployment, and training store personnel on proper operation while adhering to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• DOT medical certification requirements.
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• 10% Communication - trains store associates and customers in proper operation and safety procedures.
• 40% Compliance: Safety & DOT - maintain MEWP certifications and fleet inventory; ensure vehicle compliance and equipment deployment.
• 50% Maintenance - maintain rental equipment fleet across locations with emphasis on preventive maintenance.
• Receive direction from regional leadership to plan short- and long-term goals.
• Perform routine store visits for inspections and preventive maintenance on all units.
