Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Building Products is seeking a Mobile Equipment Reliability Leader to improve safety, reliability, maintainability, and performance of mobile equipment across manufacturing operations. You will apply reliability engineering, root cause analysis, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement to deliver sustainable outcomes.

The role partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience with relevant certifications.
Strong background in reliability engineering and RCA.
Experience applying data-driven improvement to equipment performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment performance, availability, and lifecycle value.
Lead RCA investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Identify and execute reliability improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and costs.
Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify trends and risks.
Develop maintenance programs, asset health initiatives, and monitoring strategies.
Support preventive maintenance optimization and lifecycle asset planning.
Monitor reliability performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and manufacturers on asset strategies.
Coach teams on reliability best practices across operations.
