Gerdau Ameristeel Corp. in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Safety-driven Mobile Equipment Operator to run mobile cranes and move scrap materials. You will load and unload trucks and railcars, prep scrap to spec, and keep equipment in good condition through regular inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes, magnet cranes, and shears to process and move scrap materials.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars; prepare scrap to specification.

Mobile Equipment Operator | Gerdau

Safety-driven operator with hands-on experience running mobile cranes, magnet cranes, and shears to process and move scrap materials efficiently. Supporting daily yard operations by loading and unloading trucks and railcars, preparing scrap to spec, and maintaining equipment through inspections and preventive maintenance. Must have strong teamwork, problem-solving, and a commitment to Gerdau’s safety, environmental, and core values.
