The role requires at least five years of industrial equipment repair experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong budgeting and vendor management, and the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in industrial equipment repair with supervisory experience.
• Proficient in budgeting and cost control for maintenance departments.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and environmental initiatives and training.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment availability.
• Lead maintenance personnel, assign work, and monitor progress.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage budgets and plans.
• Review monthly budgets to control maintenance costs.
• Run KPI reports and analyze data for decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
