Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial or construction environment.
• Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and environmental initiatives.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate work for maintenance personnel.
• Develop relationships with vendors.
• Assist in developing budgets and business plans.
• Monitor product specifications and manage maintenance procedures.
• Operate various heavy mobile equipment.

Skills

Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience in an industrial or construction environment

Supervisory experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Understanding financial data

Effective communication skills

Valid Driver's License

Education
