Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Mobile Fleet Supervisor to lead maintenance and movement of our mobile and stationary equipment across the Mid-America region. You will work under the Regional Fleet Manager to ensure safety standards, timely repairs, and efficient equipment utilization.

The role requires at least 4+ years of supervision of large mobile fleets, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and BI systems. Travel overnight as needed and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years' supervisory/management experience maintaining and repairing large mobile fleets.
• Solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong people skills and ability to maintain relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and BI systems.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, repair and maintenance of all mobile and stationary equipment.
• Establish communication across locations to optimize equipment distribution.
• Supervise and develop five field lube technicians.
• Provide safety leadership by participating in meetings and mentoring staff.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance, scheduling and contamination control standards.
• Survey oil samples and equipment alert analysis.
• Collaborate with Plant/District Leadership to resolve issues.
• Report progress weekly to Regional Fleet Manager.
• Oversee implementation of condition monitoring, telemetry, and other equipment management technologies.
• Coordinate mobile repairs and mobile rebuilds with Regional Fleet Manager.
• Conduct site audits and identify cost reduction and utilization improvements.
