Replit is seeking an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead the future of our mobile experiences. You will build and manage a team that bridges design and engineering to create intuitive, performant mobile interfaces that make software creation accessible on any device.

You\'ll guide your team in building production-ready frameworks and patterns that enable high-quality in-product experiences, ensuring users can create apps from their phones or tablets with the same power as desktop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience building production frameworks and scalable component systems.
• Experience with mobile development and cross-platform frameworks (Swift/Kotlin, React Native).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with career development focus.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and grow a mobile design engineering team.
• Define the technical vision and patterns for mobile design systems across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering leadership to prioritize mobile initiatives.
• Drive best practices for mobile-first development and optimize performance.
• Oversee the architecture of complex mobile UI components and provide technical guidance.
• Champion accessible, responsive interfaces and streamlined mobile workflow.
• Balance hands-on contribution with people management and architectural decision-making.
